There is lots of definition of ounce. But the most common definition which is well known to us is that 1 ounce = 28 grams. There are number of different processes to use ounce. That means 28 grams: 1 ounce = “A” ounce: 1 gram where 1/28 ounce/gram= 1/A gram/ ounce where A= 1/28. After calculating, we get a value which is approximately 0.036. If we show a practical example it may more help us get clarified that how we covert grams to ounce. For example, if in a box there is five pen and each pen weights 10 grams then we can easily calculate the values in ounce by a simple mathematical calculation. The first thing we have to multiply the numbers of pen with its weight which is 5*10 equal to 50 gram. Then we have to multiply the 50 gram with the original value which is 0.036. So, we get 50*0.036 which is equal to approximately 1.8 ounce. There is another way to calculate it which is by using the multiplier 1/28. By using this, we can directly divide the value of 50 gram with 28. It also gives you a similar value which is 1.8. So, isn't it a simple way to calculate that how many ounces in a gram?

As it s getting simpler to convert gram into ounce so most of people use this process of calculation. It is not only easy but also convenient and time saver process of calculation.
